We are currently seeking Construction Management COOP/Intern to join our team for client accounts in our Longwood, Florida office. This is a temporary full-time position and an outstanding opportunity for Construction Management students to gain experience. Applicants must be currently enrolled and have completed their first year in a four year accredited Construction degree.

Under guidance of senior staff, the students will be assigned to various teams. The responsibilities for this position include assisting team member in identifying process improvements; learning all processes and procedures and assisting in the construction services process; creating flow charts and spreadsheets in support of staff projects; providing support to various departments, including administrative, estimating, and construction operations; working within the teams; providing support assistance for quality issues as required; and miscellaneous technical data generation and analysis.

The successful candidate will have experience in various software packages including Microsoft Office Suite, Red Team, Excel, Word and Paylocity. The candidate should also possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Excellent personal skills are also required including professionalism, strong work ethic, verbal and written communication, listening and problem solving, and a proactive approach.
