We are currently seeking a full-time Land Development Manager to join our team for client accounts in our Longwood, FL office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field from an accredited school and 4 years of experience in development, building trades, construction, and/or a related field, or 10 years of an equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicant must have an OSHA 10 Hour Construction, First Aid & CPR, and Fire Extinguisher certifications.

The responsibilities for this positon include but are not limited to managing the entitlements, permitting, scheduling, budgets, and construction oversight of residential subdivision projects. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Individual will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, managing project through closeout, and overseeing quality control. The position requires a strong understanding of the site design, planning, and entitlements through the completion of infrastructure including off-site and on-site work and amenities. This individual may be asked to assist with a variety of other responsibilities, both in the office and out in the field. Candidate should have a high level of expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and software related to construction management, project management, and internet browsing.

The candidate should possess strong organizational and management skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Excellent personal skills are also required including professionalism, strong work ethic, verbal and written communication, listening and problem solving, and a proactive approach.
